not satisfied

after Mr Aubin took charge of my claim stuff from my property disappear, he told me that it was taken to the dump but it was actually taken to his buddy'y garage.
After I reported this to his superior he was taken off my claim, and my stuff was returned with the assistance of the police.

It's not a good feeling to be taken advantage off when your going trough tuff times, especially when you put your trust in an assurance adjuster.
