Poor Service

Very poor experience with this company. Had to chase them for over a year to have a policy issue fixed. They ignored my communications until I had to report the issue to the insurance company ombudsman. Finally the ombudsman dealt with them but only after a lot of time and stress. Wouldn't go near them again.
