I have been with Butler insurance in Niagara Falls for 8 year.
It's time for me to find a reliable agent.
John Butler is very bad at calling back, it seems he must have to many clients to worry about.
every time I call him he says he will call or look into the matter.
He never does.
service is exstreamly bad.
