For at least the last 5 years at least I have never been sent an updated proof of insurance form to renew my vehicle registration.

This should have always been sent to me automatically by your company. NOT BY ME HAVING TO CONTACT YOUR COMPANY SO I CAN GET MY VEHICLE REGISTRATION UPDATED.

I must say this is an epic failure from your company in the fact that every year I've complained about it and yet every year nothing ever seems to be done and corrected about it.

Well within the next week or two I will be finding a new insurance dealership to take my business to, and will be in contact to cancel my insurance from this dealership, and never recommending this dealership to anyone ever.
